Each holiday season, Lin Crispinelli, and her friends construct a jumbo sized and completely edible gingerbread house with different themes each year. These gingerbread houses are then auctioned off at corporate holiday parties, with the proceeds going to Stephanie's Mission. In total, these gingerbread houses have raised over $60,000! Past themes have been The Wizard of Oz, Rockefeller Center in NYC, the North Pole, Killington Ski Resort in Vermont, a Lighthouse, Alabama vs. LSU Championship Football game, and the Augusta Memorial Golf Course in Georgia.
